At GOLDEN PEAK MANAGEMENT FZE,Business License 4422491, established in Business Center ,Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, each service is carefully created and tailored to meet our clients specific needs. Because most of our work is custom-made, we maintain the following refund policy:

Bridal Gowns & Ceremony Suits

  • The service design for creating bridal dresses models and ceremony suits custom-designed.

  • Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded within 48 hours after payment.

  • After production of the tailored design has started, refunds are not available, as the items are custom-created for each client.

  • If adjustments are required, we provide alteration services to ensure a perfect fit.

Web Design & Digital Services

  • For digital services (e.g., web design), a partial refund is available if the project is cancelled before significant work has been completed.

  • Once the project has reached over 50% completion or has been delivered, no refunds are possible.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Service not delivered as agreed.

  • Product defect or error caused by us.
